The hotel has an amazing view of the lake and the snow-capped mountains that will take your breath away. The hot spring baths are quite relaxing, with both indoor and outdoor options available. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable. They make an effort to introduce Japanese cuisine and culture to foreign visitors and offer excellent customer service.
